Milind Ballal
Editor, Thane Vaibhav
Milind Ballal, Editor of Thane Vaibhav, is widely respected for his sharp political analysis and deep understanding of Maharashtra’s and India’s electoral landscape. A gold medalist in Printing Technology from Sir J.J. School of Arts, he combines academic excellence with four decades of journalistic experience. Guided by the philosophy of his father, Narendra Ballal—“Before you give orders, learn to take orders”—Milind built a strong foundation in journalism through dedicated fieldwork. He served as the Thane Correspondent for The Times of India for 18 years. An eloquent speaker, he represents the Thane Vaibhav brand with dignity, credibility, and professionalism and has been recipient of many prestigious awards of Journalism.
Nikhil Ballal
Managing Editor & Director
A third-generation leader of the Thanevaibhav family, he began his professional journey as a reporter with ABP News before joining the family business. Bringing a fresh vision to media, he expanded Thanevaibhav’s reach through English and hyperlocal newsletters serving Thane’s elite communities, including doctors, educators, industrialists, bankers, and real estate professionals. He also launched Global Vaibhav, a platform connecting Marathi Mandals worldwide. Known for his innovative thinking and execution excellence, he is an advertising coach and founder of ART 65, a marketing and PR venture serving over 100 clients. Under his leadership, Thanevaibhav has successfully organized more than 100 events.
Juili Ballal-Kulkarni
Head - Newsletters Vertical & Sports Coverage
Juili represents the next generation of the Ballal family, proudly carrying forward the Thane Vaibhav legacy. After a brief yet enriching corporate stint at FactSet, she discovered her true passion for writing and storytelling—an innate trait deeply rooted in the Ballal lineage. As the head of Thane Vaibhav’s newsletters vertical, she plays a key role in advancing the platform’s hyperlocal journalism mission. A freelance cricket journalist and commentator, Juili has contributed to leading platforms such as ESPN, JioHotstar, and Sony Sports Network. She also spearheads sports coverage and oversees the prestigious 50-year-old Thane Vaibhav Corporate Cricket Tournament.
Tejashree Ballal
Head - Accounts, HR & Digital Strategy
She comes from an accountancy background and oversees Accounts and HR at Thanevaibhav. She has completed a Digital Marketing and Strategy program from IIM Indore and currently manages the organization’s digital media presence, along with digital marketing initiatives and campaigns for Thanevaibhav’s clients, driving their online growth and engagement.
